Kentucky .NET Group is Alive

Jun 262009

Last night we had our re-kickoff meeting of the Kentucky .NET Group (kydotnet.org), based in Louisville, KY.  Chad Campbell a two-time MVP gave a great talk on Silverlight 3.0 Beta.  He showed how we will be able to take our Silverlight applications off-line and run them from the desktop – even when our network connection is not available… AND… on any operating system: Windows, Mac and Linux.  Very cool.  Chad did a great job and we look forward to having him back in the group.

Next month we’ll have Phil Japikse talk on unit testing.  See http://kydotnet.org for more details.

Hi Jeremy
I will be officially
working as the Resource Manager for New Age Technologies a week from Monday. Dean Helbert mentioned I should contact you and join your group.
If this would be ok, is there anything I need to do? I would also like to keep you aware of our needs and would really appreciate any referrals we could put to work on contract or permanently!
Thank You
Ben
